Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our customized products! Due to the unique nature of custom-made items, each product is crafted specifically according to your personal requirements. Please review our refund policy below:

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • All customized products are final sale once production has begun. Refunds or returns are not accepted except in cases of product quality issues.
  • Refund requests due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size submitted, dissatisfaction with personal preference) will not be accepted.

Eligible for Refund/Exchange:

  • The received product has obvious quality defects (e.g., damage, printing errors, material defects).
  • The received product does not match your customization requirements.

How to Apply: If you need to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and provide the following:
