How long does it take to make my custom shoes?

Each pair is handcrafted with care. Production takes 10–15 business days after your order is confirmed.

Can I request a specific design or color?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 10–15 business days after your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As each pair is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a quality defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
