Non-Refundable Situations:
- All customized products are final sale once production has begun. Refunds or returns are not accepted except in cases of product quality issues.
- Refund requests due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size submitted, dissatisfaction with personal preference) will not be accepted.
Eligible for Refund/Exchange:
- The received product has obvious quality defects (e.g., damage, printing errors, material defects).
- The received product does not match your customization requirements.
